お名前メールアドレスを入力してください。
入力内容を確認し、間違いがなければ、［登録する］ボタンをクリックしてください。
登録後、入力したメールアドレスへ登録確認のメールが送信されます。
メールが届かない場合は、

当システムからのメールにあるURLにアクセスし、メールアドレスを確認したら［出願登録へ］ボタンをクリックします。
登録確認のメールは、1時間で有効期限が切れます。
メールアドレス確認から、出願登録完了まで中断せずに登録作業を行ってください。
Access the URL in the e-mail from this system, confirm the e-mail address, and click the [Go to application registration] button.
The registration confirmation e-mail will expire in 1 hour.
