入力の途中で出願登録を完了せずにページを閉じてしまった方は こちらのページ より確認コードの再送信を行って下さい。
確認コードの再送信が出来なかった場合は 教務チーム にお問い合わせ下さい。

受験用顔写真データをアップロードします。
３ヶ月以内に撮影した正面上半身脱帽・無背景で顔がはっきりと認識出来る画像データ（JPEG,PNG,GIF,BMP）。
スマホ等での自撮画像でも可。サイズは20MBまで
Macをご利用の方で、スクロールできない、または［OK］ボタンが表示されない場合は、以下の手順で設定変更をお試しください。
１．アップルメニューから「システム環境設定」を開く
２．システム環境設定の中から「一般」を選択
３．「スクロールバーの表示」で "常に表示" を選択
検定料支払証明書をアップロードします。
銀行やクレジットカード等で支払ったことがわかるもの。
電子媒体で存在しない証明書については、 スマホ等のカメラで撮影した画像データ（JPEG,PNG,GIF,BMP）。サイズは20MBまで。
Upload the face photo data for the exam.
Image data (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP) taken within 3 months with the front upper body uncapped and the face clearly recognizable without background.
Selfie images on smartphones etc. are also acceptable, up to 20MB in size
If you are a Mac user and cannot scroll, or the [OK] button is not displayed, try changing the settings by following the steps below.
1. Open "System Preferences" from the Apple menu
2. Select "General" from System Preferences
3. Select "Always show" in "Show scrollbar"
Upload the examination fee payment certificate.
Upload the data that show that you paid by bank or with credit card.
For certificates that not issued as electronic media, image data (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP) taken with a camera such as a smartphone are acceptable. The size is up to 20MB.

［登録する］ボタンをクリックして、登録完了です。
登録後に、ログイン画面が表示されますので、登録したメールアドレスとパスワードでログインしてください。
ログイン後に、各出願書類をアップします。

出願登録がうまく行かなかった場合
If you cannot successfully complete the application registration
最初の申込時に届いた、仮登録完了のメールにあるURLをクリックします。
表示されたメール確認画面右下にある「確認コード再発行」をクリックします。
申込時に入力したメールアドレスを入力し［再発行］ボタンをクリックすると、確認コードURLが記載されたメールが届きますので、URLをクリックし、再度登録をしてください。
スマートフォン等で撮影した画像サイズが重い場合がありますので、登録前に撮影し、容量を確認してから登録することをお勧めいたします。
Click the URL in the temporary registration completion e-mail that you received when you first applied.
Click "Reissue Confirmation Code" at the bottom right of the displayed e-mail confirmation screen.
Enter the email address you entered when you applied and click the [Reissue] button. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation code URL. Click the URL and register again.
Since the image size taken with a smartphone etc. may be heavy, it is recommended to take a picture before registration and check the capacity before registering.
